This beautiful colonial style home in the historic city of Granada is now available for short term rentals. The home is conveniently located near the central park (1 1/2 blocks towards the lake on Calle el Caimito) and is directly across the street from the well known Mediterraneo Restaurante in the antique district. Other restaurants are within easy walking distance as are many interesting places to visit in this unique town.

Granada is considered to be the oldest continually inhabited town in the Western Hemisphere! Be sure to take a tour in one of the local horse-drawn carriages to see all that Granada has to offer. Then, perhaps, take a relaxing tour of Las Isletas before returning the short distance to our home to relive all of your day's experiences. You can arrange for your meal preparation in our home or you can choose to go to one of the many restaurants within a couple of blocks. La Casa de Angel is an excellent central location for all your adventures in Granada as well as all of Western Nicaragua.

Home is completely furnished including bedding, dishes, free WiFi internet access, cable television and kitchen facilities. General house cleaning, making beds, dishwashing, and other light duties are provided without extra charge (does not include meal preparation or washing cloths). The home is designed to provide comfortable accomodations for up to five people.

Two interior gardens provide a spacious living experience as well as an openness unique to classic colonial architecture.

During renovation, the owners endeavored to use as much of the home's original structure as possible to maintain it's historic charm while still providing expected comforts and needs of the modern traveler. Recent improvements include the installation of a back-up water tank as well as a eco-friendly "on demand" central hot water system. There are also several paddle fans to augment airflow and provide comfort in the open areas around the interior gardens.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. These 2 bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own private bathroom and hot water shower facilities. There is also an additional bedroom with a single bed (no A/C) if needed.
